Shadow bidder (shadowing whom?) and RES line with an (S) under the RES days....is that for short call?
A shadow bidder is someone who is leaving the equipment or one that is coming that will not be qualified on the jet for the bid period. The (s) is to note that it is a shadow award so that the LOT is filled up to rev guarantee or block ALV.
