Based on my experience, TCP's most often manifest themselves as a "dirty sock" smell. If you ever notice such a smell immediately go on 100% O2/smoke goggles and land as soon as possible. Interesting reading. First Ive heard of this but Ive flown a lot of planes with the dirty sock smelling air.
