Yeah, it is a crap shoot. You get placed in a pool. Then, they when a class comes up, they fill it. Right now you will get placed in 1 of 3 planes, depending on needs. They are filling for 145, 170 and CRJ 200. I know the 145 will be getting a lot of attention. Most FOs upgrading into the CRJ are coming from the 145. Lots of hiring right now.
