You hit the nail right on the head. I said it before and I will say it again..... communication and transparency are the key for the rank and file folks. I agree with ACL....after picking up the phone and talking to reps, I find myself supporting most of the MEC positions. But they really need to communicate to us better.
That is and was my point. We need more pilot input and involvement. I know they are scared of us suing them over there, but sooner or later that just has to stop! In makes the whole process ineffective. I also think that if the on-goings were more transparent it would leave less grounds for a justifiable lawsuit.
