Regarding the Narita/Haneda access talks: If we're not offered/able to negotiate access to Haneda, how about offering, (via the U.S. Gov't), Ontario, Fresno or Spokane as gateways originating from Haneda? They're each about two hiurs away from the traditional destinations out of Japan, right? As the price goes up, the ball gets harder...in many cases.
