Slow, I believe everyone would like that. Moreover, everyone would like to make points on here that resonate with fellow pilots as well as members of our LEC's and MEC who may or may not be listening. Some here may be trying to persuade others. However, I believe most are here to vent in some cases and exchange ideas and learn in most cases.

While this is only one of several data streams available to collect and process the sentiment and will of the pilot group, it is one that allows interaction; which can be valuable.

That interaction with our MEC and LEC leadership on here is even more illuminating and helpful when that interaction is not delivered with an incessantly condescending tone.

We are all on the same team. Typically people complain because they are dissatisfied and may not have the 'big' picture. Some percentage will always complain. However, sometimes the complaints are based in fact and have great merit.

Education is the success of great communication. Persuasion is something you use in a bar on Friday night. Or layover...
