When i was still flying i always used my pea-coat. I bought the trench coat and looked like a freakin bell in it, so i wore it once, and it's now stored (anyone want a blue trench coat 46-R?)

The pea-coat wasn't approved, but looked the part, more professional and could be worn out on the overnights without looking like a tool. If i was still doing it, i'd also try to get a waist length black Eisenhower type pea coat, and one of the navy or black, military sweaters, always thought those looked slick. I never heard anything (from anyone who matters, aka mgt) about my uniform attire, even when talking to them face to face at the airport. Just put on the hat, with the 50 mission crunch, angle it slightly to the side, put a cig in your mouth, and walk in the office like you took out the entire Luftwaffe by yourself, and they basically leave you alone.
