Service standards not financial. I ride a couple times a month and the service isn't even comparable to real Midwest. I hate the EMB's. Never enough overhead storage, the seats are the worst I've encountered. The plane is loud. The Flight Attendants are lazy. The flight crews seem reluctant to turn off the seat belt sign. I've flown numerous 1:30-2:00 flights with the SB sign on the entire flight. I can only recall 1 time in my career where I needed to keep the SB sign on the entire flight and that was going from ATL to BOS with a large tropical depression centered over the Chesapeake Bay.
I connect often to Skywest operated Midwest flights and the difference is definitely noticeable.
