Aware it's not the company, but my point remains... I'll bet there are more post tests than pretests after one major late event. Compliance in a more convenient manner.

are you talking about the elected representatives that are the subject of the long list of tax violators, bad check passers, domestic violators and the continuation of the long list that makes up the criminal record of our congress?
