They were having people breathalyzed "randomly" at my HS graduation, too. Fantastic.

Even though we may have gone slightly batty in this country, I can't see this happening in the United States. It wouldn't actually add anything to the bottom line, and wouldn't make anyone safer, so what was the point again?
