You go directly to managment and ask to DIRECT DEAL. But first tell me when that has ever, ever worked. You are ignorant about history and management tactics. Management is looking out for themselves and shareholders, not pilots. Delta management would have bent those guys over and "taken whatever they needed" without ALPA.
