Also, someone asked about why the APA system reduced stress. It reduced stress because you could sit and watch what was going on for a couple of months (because it came out every month). Now, you have to make some decisions based on incomplete information so you won't be waiting till maybe 6 to 8 months from now.

I didn't want to start that whole, "our old way was a lot better" discussion, but you are right. The monthly APA system was no big deal because you could see whereever you wanted to go (or, not go) coming and you had time to plan.
It's a lot to sit and wait out an AE and not bid something until the next time, when the next time could be 6-8 months down the road, and you might not be able to hold it then. Then all of a sudden it's a year later and you are still where you were the year before.
I don't care what they call it, how about monthly AE's?
