Gentlemen,

I don't care where someone received his training. Although I'm prior military I'm civilian trained and I do believe military training is tougher. No question. I think the appropriate argument here is NOT where a person received his training or his degree, but rather is he or she safe.

I think the important thing now is getting ONE national union and protecting our profession. At the rate we're going it's not gonna matter who was trained where because the profession is not going to be worth it unless, of course, you eat Corky's or go around asking, "What can the brown do for you?" We have a huge fight ahead of us the magnitude of which some of us have never seen. I just hope Mr. Prater can help out the boys that have given up so much. I wonder how many quarters in the black must a company see before we start to ask for
some (not all) of the concessions back. Hopefully it won't be on the downturn of an economic cycle as we've seen in the past. I predict that all carriers will have record profits by next spring or summer, that is if Ahmadinejad doesn't scare the futures traders in response to sanctions.
