I think Copperhed was just saying "weak" with regards to picking up open time. Maybe I'm wrong. I was kinda / sorta thinking that maybe he was saying "weak" in all situations, which I disagree with, and is why I created the second part of my message, talking about how we have the right people in the right positions, and the right union, which will help us bring about change. Calling us "weak" in all situations is not a good message to put out there, when we are in negotiations. But, I still think Copperhed's "weak" part was only referring to picking up open time.
