Hmmmm. So, it appears that pilots are getting turned down or not getting a reply. I looked over the app and it asks you whether or not you are subject to recall. Its asks it in such a way that makes me believe that if you answer yes you won't get called.


So my question is, are they not taking guys who are furloughed? How many guys would give up their position to jump ship to awac. Considering that if they still have a position they've rode out a furlough at their current employer (and jumping to the bottom of another list just wouldn't make sense).

it just seems as though its a 'weeding out' question even though they say they prefer guys with 121 experience. They must know that 90% of every 121 guy is 'subject' to recall. The other 10% are folks whose companies are sadly no more.

Someone mentioned internal recs is the only way in. Probably. Is there anyone out there who actually has an interview?
