it just seems as though its a 'weeding out' question even though they say they prefer guys with 121 experience. They must know that 90% of every 121 guy is 'subject' to recall. The other 10% are folks whose companies are sadly no more.
Even though I don't think the question is for weeding out people. It's a very valid question. You can dance around it when you're there but they know more than us that a high percentage of people don't stick around when their recall number is called. It's probably lower for 121 to 121 but you're going to look out for your interests. I had a horrible time finding another flying job because of this in the pt91 world because they automatically assume you might be recalled next month.
