Anyone have an update on this? Just last month on Ed's online chat he said they would retire the 30/40's over the next 18 months. That would keep them flying through 2010, yes? Do you think they'll staff to have them gone, and just hire if they decide to keep them longer? Can they even plan that far out?
The LCA I flew with last week, was told the -30's will go away next september, and the -40's a month later.
