In exchange for that recognition he is paid more money than the average person could ever dream of. He is a role model to many, and he knows it. I have no problem with Spirit's ad, I think its funny. I'll give you that figures like Tiger just have to accept the fact that they are going to get lit up when they have an incident like this. You could even say the same for his wife, as she knew full well whom she was getting married to. The kid(s); however, had no choice and certainly didn't sign up for this. Having a company try and make money off of what could be the public destruction of their family is, in my opinion, disgusting.
As are $9 airplane tickets, but that's another topic.
But really, what would anyone expect? Spirit is the industry leader of "no shame in advertising"
