Furthermore I think AWAC is as good a place to be as anywhere. I'm a SkyWester and my best bud is at Wisconsin so naturally we compare our situations. It seems you have far less lifers than we do which means more movement once things pickup. You have far fewer airframes, so if you got awarded flying, even a small amount, it would make a big difference (we gain and lose 10 A/C for United every few months). Great contract, and with the new scheduling and trip adding/splitting software their QOL just got better, (although with PBS and our "Skedplus+" I still get better schedules but thats a whole 'nother can of worms). So I really think it sounds like a great place to be.
