Like someone else said... you need to be like 100% sure you saw him drinking or he keeps walking into various obstacles in the airport.... otherwise I'd approach it as a 'health concern' not an alcohol deal. I don't know for sure what the deal is... I'm not about to look like a smuck and ruin this guy's career because I
think he smells like he had too much to drink. I'd just ask him if he is feeling ok to fly... if not maybe he needs to make it a sick day or something.
