Personally I don't want 5 day trips so hope nothing changes but you wont see them often with 1 for 3.5 in the contract. Do the math on a 5 day reporting at 11 am on day 1 and getting back at 7 pm day 5 and it will come clear to you what the companies issues would be.

We did have that rig prebankruptcy. The trips we're talking about would not leave at 11am, they would leave at 1500 to 1700 so one can commute in with backups. Also, they release a lot earlier than 7pm so once again you can commute home.
I guess all we are saying is look at some north patters/rotations/pairings or what ever we call them today and see what we are talking about. Delta does NOT have the perfect answer to everything.
