It is a very well run show! Entire staff is top notch, knowledgeable and quite friendly. After they receive your deposit you'll get overnighted the books and study material. Every thing you'll learn before and during training will be for the -200. If your lucky after the oral you'll get differences and then do your sim training and check ride in the -300. Still all analog but with better auto pilot and auto throttles. Oh, and an FMS. When I was there they had just taken delivery of a brand new A320 sim and will now be Virgin's (Redwood) initial and recurrent training facility. In house they have 4 sims, 737-200, -300, -700-800 and the A320.
