Listing on UAL
I have ridden on United several times, and I always list ahead of time. It seems like literally every time I list using 800-UAL-LIST, the agent I speak with puts me in the system wrong. Not being a United regional I work for, how do others list and not have a problem? When I call, I ask them to list non-rev, give them the airline code and my emp #, and they say I am all set. When I show up to the airport, the agent always asks me how I listed, and whatever I did was wrong. The computer at the gate asks for a Ticket Number, which I think is always weird.
Any ideas?
