I don't know about the loads between those cities, But if you have a means to check them, I'd say if it's booked to anything more than about 28 passengers, I'd go another way. If bags and fuel are ideal, we can get all 34 seats filled, but that rarely happens. In fact, the only times I've seen that was in desperate situations when they are actually willing to pull bags off to get people on, usually its the other way around. A more realistic max load for the mighty Saab is about 30-32. The cockpit jumpseat is useless except for line checks and the like. If all the seats in the back are full, odds are they've left bags behind already, and aren't going to pull 6-7 more to get you on the jumpseat.
