I would check it out with each branch. I am applying for an Air Force slot and took my physical with a Navy Flight Clinic and their requirements are a little different and each have their own data recording system. The main problem is their data systems can't talk to each other and one physical can't be reviewed by several departments unless somebody is willing to manually enter the data in the applicable system. In short, the Air Force can't review a Navy physical in the Air Force system and the Navy personnel don't have access to enter it into the Air Force system.
