I've been out on leave of absence from MOU 1 so I dont get to hear/see whats going on around campus at SDF. I get the IPA emails and look at this forum a few times a month and thats how I hear about MOU2. My question is has the IPA put out anything other than emails? Are there info signs posted in ops, flyers in v-files explaining the MOU, phone calls or anything else? I'm not sure my suggestions are even legal but my point is I wonder how many guys outside the bottom 300 arent paying a whole lot of attention. Not because they are selfish or dont care but simply because they dont feel any threat and as a result the MOU isnt really on their radar. We all have lives outside of UPS and even more so at this time of the year so I wonder if we have done a good job of getting the MOU and failure implications to the masses...
