I realize the intent of your post was to attack the integrity of IPA pilots, but I wouldn't lose any sleep over the possible handful of IPA guys picking up OT/JA. (Sounds like a "ban" may not be legal anyway from a B&G thread... beyond my pay grade.)
UPS has several hundred under-utilized pilots to absorb any hiccups. <ng>
