UPS has several hundred under-utilized pilots to absorb any hiccups. <ng>
Joe, no one can stop you from picking up opentime. But the IPA can officially call for all IPA pilots to not pick up opentime or accept JA's. The difference from the past is guys would say they never heard the union call for an opentime ban. This time it will be out in the open and if you continue to pick up opentime that is your right but everyone will know who you are. Not that they could do anything to you that would be against the contract.
