Delta should start keeping track of OALs and limiting EVERYONE to three international days per year.
Or just go back to the way it used to be pre-merger: unlimited for all employees..less hassle for everyone.
I think it's no secret that most of us are here only for the flight benefits. With the below avergage salary we already make, those flight benefits help offset our disappointment in our pay checks...well, it used to before we were limited to 3 travel days a year....
