Would getting the ATP with less than 100 multi be better than someone with a few hundred multi and no ATP? I understand that a lot of furloughed regional guys have the ATP, but I'm not planning on getting in before them.

The ME time should be your first priority. If you really need an ATP and meet the mins, you can knock it out in a few days. The ATP may be required for the airlines in a few years, but until then ME time is more valuable and harder to get.
