Ditto to the other posters.

I actually started with the MS50 and it was so annoying to the other guy I had to use the POS aircraft headset for the rest of the trip. Then I bought the 5x5. The issue is that the microphone on the MS50 has NO threshold control, it just picks up absolutely everything and blasts it into the intercom.

Save yourself a headache and just buy the telex. Or better yet, go with the 750 or clarity aloft. One of those will probably be my next headset.
