Do some of reading on Mesa. They are known for really poor employee treatment, and this can impact a career. If an interview is about judgment, how to you talk around the decision to work for a company you know will treat you so poorly? Ignorance will not be an excuse. I've seen this on panels be the deciding factor for folks. There are probably better options.
ALPA.org probably has stats on current furlough status. Lots of little hidden "sub-companies". Good luck.

What a load of........ I flew at Mesa and I've been hired after each interview I've had since! I know numerous ex Mesa pilots in very good positions now. The youngest ever Captain at Fed Ex was ex Mesa. Mesa QOL does suck but I will tell you after their "sink or swim" upgrade training mentality training everywhere else has been a breeze!!
