I think it's according to 3 juries and Judges now. Flew with DD last week. He's a great individual who got hosed and fought back when most of us would have laid down and given up due to lack of hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight. Just to have protection from crap like that is worth 2% of my 20,000 this year. I'm over the whole "Family" thing they start stuffing down your throat on day one at Skywest. I think skywest is a great place to work and I won't be going anywhere else, but I think we are headed the wrong direction. I'm sick of being told we are a family and then being treated like a bum on the street. My "Family" would never have taken away my healthcare options. I like Chip, I think he does his job well and in one way it is good for me, he keeps my company profitable and thus I keep my job. On the other hand it's bad for me because he takes from me and the mouths of my children to keep the company profitable.
