What about PRORP and RRORP? (Permanent recall, and retired rated recall).
I saw on my AA pilots blog that RRORP is clearly exempt from the 5 year limit. I believe the orders state Title 10 code 628 which is right in the regs in black and white as exempt.
What was not in black and white was my LPRP orders, which state Title 10 code 12301(d)...I am glad to hear that they actually are and will be seeking an ammendment to stating that fact. I think I was going to be OK but this is great news anyway...
