Dead, Archie is a solid guy and has ton's of experience, maybe even more so than you! He has been through many furloughs and he too will get by just fine! He is not young or a punk, he is old and weathered (sorry Arch) like you, I am sure. I don't think he was picking at you; rather he was expressing his frustration at the stupid dumb bastards that would like to bury their head's in the sand rather than help the common cause! I too am tired of guys making excuses why they can't be a team player! Its voluntary and I know that, but what good is a union when we are faced with a dilemma and a third of the group doesn't want to help! Time for this $hit is over! Make a contribution to the collective cause and make this place better or go to hell as far as I am concerned! Nothing is owed to anyone! We are in this fight together but guys like AVG Joe just don' get it and there are many more in our group that don't either! I wish we could get some leadership at our union, cause what I am seeing is a far cry from that!
