Don't get me wrong. I understand your position. I worked for ASA for over 5 years. What you want though, recognition from mainline management for your endevours will never come. All employees are viewed as detriments to the bottom line, some more than others. If they treat us like crap, how do you think they are going to treat you?

While prior management viewed the DCI companies in an ambivalent manner, the current management views them in a negative way, and are looking for any leverage to use against them. Making the employees disgruntled and causing passenger service to suffer may be a way to get the contract out they need.
