I wouldn't mind one day having 777 wages to fly day trips on a 737 though.

I don't really care either way, but if I was in a UPS style system I wouldn't mind getting the jolly of flying the heavies around the world early and then going back to the small aircraft later. And if we swapped into that type of system then it really shouldn't keep senior pilots from having the airplanes they want because they'll have the seniority they want and senior pilots in smaller aircraft would be paid more. There wouldn't be a chance for junior-ish pilots to get senior in a category like they do on the 9 or 88 though. Really, if you are junior you wouldn't be able to get senior in any category until you were, for lack of better terms, senior. So no climbing one ladder to get to a higher one because all of the ladders start on the ground floor.

So to me its more of a win for senior pilots and a loss for junior pilots. If I see it right. Its just long term WB wages in NB aircraft would be a nice option.
