You'll find it's not like that around here. Although we've got technique availability here, you still have specific procedures and know what to expect overall.
It's quite laid back... even if you get a turd.
Most CA's on the 75/76 seem to start out...the good one's will ensure the FO's dont have to do all ATL landings.
My favorite (and how I'll run it when I upgrade) was I started out, then the FO took the next 2 legs and so on. Really divides things nicely.
