Landings - I was at Coex for a while, and loved the "we'll switch at outstations" - where the Captain did the first leg, then FO flew two, then CA flew two, etc until you ran out of room for the day in your little red book (that meant it was time for the overnight - 6 legs filled up the day). I never knew it was mostly a Coex thing. I haven't flown at a place since then where we did enough legs to do that. It was nice because the FO wasn't always landing at EWR.
Now, on the ER, it seems like I only land at JFK, and for a while in the summer, it was only the VOR 22L. I can do that now in my sleep! Some of the nice ER Captains will let one FO take it to Europe and the other bring it back.
On another note about annoying Captains wearing long sleeve shirts, it's not just at Delta! This blog,

is an Air Canada A320 Captain - who wrote:
During cruise the F/O asked if the captain had been "checking" much. I come to attention. This guy is a checker and I have should have known. The only pilots which do flap 3 landings are checkers and he briefed a "flap 3" landing. The "bean counters" calculated we would save fuel and reduce wear and tear on flaps if we used one less flap setting (flap 3). What also raised an eyebrow was the captain sported a long sleeve shirt. Someone once told me there is a correlation to long sleeves and being a little different. (Ian, I hope you don't wear long sleeve shirts).
