I've stopped using mine b/c the mic boom is 'loose' - ie, when I angle my head downwards (looking @ a chart, for instance) the mic boom flops forward, so the mic is no longer next to my mouth. I have to lean my head back every time I use the mic. Is there any way to adjust the tension on the mic boom so it's not so 'floppy'?

Where can I get the 5x5 'headband'? I've always hung the mic/headset from a piece of plastic attached to my ear mold. I find the weight of the headset (yes, weighs next to nothing, but still has weight) unseats my ear mold just enough to let in extra sound on the side supporting the mic/headset. I'd like to go back to the set-up of the mic/headset hanging off the 'headband', and neither ear mold supporting the extra weight, but I've long ago lost my 'headband'.

I know, odd questions, but since this is a 5x5 thread, I thought I'd see if I can get any suggestions.
