Add to it that if (god forbid it would) there ever was a problem with the aircraft, wouldn't a senior guy be far better to have on a DC-9 and a younger guy (with much better understanding of data) be far better to have on a 777 or similar ac?

So, yes, the conclusion I come up with is that everybody wins and you are junior when you are junior, just like you are supposed to be (like me..).
