I remember a few guys telling me how CHQ pioneered pay for training in the early 90s and Comair and others began shortly thereafter (I cannot confirm that though). I do know for a fact there are pay for training pilots from CHQ still on the seniority list (albeit not many..probably just under 100).
I was going to dig deep and explain this all to you, but you truly know what I meant, but you wanted to get in a jab where you could since you've been able to move on. The old training for pay is much different than the PFJ and PFT situations that we have now, like Gulf Stream....but once again, you know this.
And no, I don't fly with the uber senior guys, to answer your "comment".
