Is that line suppose to get under my skin? Not. Where Republic pilots seem to be all about the upgrade, the Midwest pilots are beyond that way of thinking.
Maybe that why we would approach the integration of two (
merged) airlines different then the 25 year old captain. We would want an integrating where no pilot group gained and/or no pilot group losses very much because of the merger.
It's just a different approach to life or maybe a different union culture.
