You sound like you've got the hours to be competitive. If you're targeting a particular company start networking - find someone who works for them and see if they'll walk your resume in for you. It's tough out there. Those who have jobs are hanging on to them so finding a company that's hiring may be your biggest obstacle. Good luck!
