Maybe not split beyond repair, but certainly divided. Personally, I am holding a grudge against those who are not participating and benefiting from those of us who do. And the old guys, screw em. Why should I go forward like there is no problem with the IPA? At this point we certainly are the "Association of Independent Pilots" and I will admit I am one of them too!
