It's pathetically sad either way you look at it when pilot jobs are auctioned off like a commodity. I think Mesa is an example of how bad it can go, chipping away at every possible expendable operating cost leaving an empty shell of a company with an embittered, fatigued, and labor-abused pilot group. I think CEO's need to take back a look at what happens in the long term by treating employees like garbage.
