It was generally interpreted to mean that if you did not train for more than 30 days, your training had to be terminated (by filling out a form).
But if you came back later, you could simply be re-enrolled (with another form).
Kent just kept people on unless the Registrar told us they were Expelled. There were some open training folders from students I was sure had graduated. I was never told about the enrolled student listing.
