Carl, I guess it's all a matter of perspective. How much money was spent on lawyer fees defending the lawsuits? I for one think that DOH between companies is totally irrelevant. Different hiring patterns, different fleet types and demographics all make ones date worth more or less when viewed across company lines. I tend to agree with Bar about status quo.
A SLI with AS without tall fences will crush the bottom third of the Delta list, both North and South. I think they stopped hiring in 2006. The have people on furlough. It has the potential to be an AW/US situation.
So while we may disagree on somethings, I'll be right next to you manning the wall. (insert obligatory Tom Cruise/Jack Nicholson quote here)
