Maybe some pilots are abusing the policy, maybe not. Colganhas been abusing pilots for years. The right thing for the company to do would be to consider the abusers "collateral damage" and ignore them. If this memo is true, the company should be shut down. It is not safe. I don't care if the pilots that work there find employment or not. I care about the public's safety. Colgan is detrimental to safety, and therefore should not be allowed to continue operations. If you work for Colgan and are defending this policy, you need to take a long hard look in the mirror.
