Pretty sad how things like this can just happen. its up to an airline employee making near min. wage to 'catch' when someone is on a list. How hard do you think it would be to bribe them? the agents pencil whip the pax count at my airline all the time, mostly because the agents just don't care about things like security. you get what you pay for.

But the "easily bribed" ground crew probably make...um, scratch that- DO make more than the junior FO and FA"s so... goes to say the airlines are getting what they pay for In flight and on the ground...Imho... This security breach bs has nothing to do with pay...Honestly what meaningful anti-terrorist tools are available on the front line??? So frustrating nonetheless!!!
